So Javier and I have been thinking and talking a lot about going back to church. We really missed it. SO we started by going last night to the Christmas party at the Guaynabo ward, Jackie invited us. It was really nice to see a few we knew again! although most of the families there were new to us. All of the little kids!! and new babies. The babies (that were babies last time we saw them) were huge! Little did I know that there was a sneaky scheme going on behind my back. They asked Javier to go up and speak, I thought he was just going to bear his testimony. Then he starts walking away from the microphone and headed to the back of the room where I was sitting. And as soon as he said: "I think this is the best time to do this", I started crying...He knelt down (just like the movies lol) and asked me if I wanted to marry him. I was totally unaware of this, I had no idea! and of course I said yes :] It was such a nerve racking moment I dont know why. Buy now I understand why girls cry in the movies when this happens haha.I'm glad a lot of special people to us were there to witness it. I wish everyone could be there! ...don't worry I'll send invitations around hehe.
